• What We Clean

    In every room of your home, we wipe down the baseboards, doors, doorframes, light switches, outlet covers and cabinets. Walls, blinds and light fixtures are spot cleaned and scrubbed if necessary.

    We follow our intuition when cleaning your home, but at a minimum we will also clean the areas listed below:

    Bathrooms - We clean shelves, tubs, toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, counters and window sills. We vacuum and mop floors and empty the trash.

    Kitchen - We clean countertops, table surfaces, sink, microwave, stove/range exterior and oven glass, under moveable appliances (coffee makers, etc), cabinets, backsplash, and window sills. We vacuum and mop floors and empty the trash.

    Bedrooms - We change sheets and clean lamps, picture frames, blinds, fans, furniture tops, mirrors, TV’s and window sills. We vacuum and mop floors and empty the trash.

    Living Areas - We vacuum furniture and clean lamps, picture frames, blinds, fans, furniture tops, mirrors, TV’s, windowsills and stairs. We vacuum and mop floors.

    Dining Room - We clean table surfaces, light fixtures, blinds, mirrors, windowsills, cabinets and bars. We vacuum and mop floors.

  • Our Philosophy

    Our cleaning philosophy is simple: CLEAN EVERYTHING. We are incredibly thorough and pride ourselves in the attention to detail. We are firm believers that a room is not perfect until it’s tidy, clean and beautifully staged.

    Our process takes time. We take a 360 degree approach and clean each room from top to bottom then left to right.

    The cleaning experience we provide is thorough and thoughtful. We communicate directly with our clients and clean their homes based on their specific needs as opposed to using a one-size-fits-all checklist.

    We bring our own cleaning solutions, mop, vacuum and microfiber cloths. If you have a strong preference for certain products, you are responsible for providing those solutions for your appointment. We are happy to use those products in your home, but we cannot guarantee specific results.

  • Rates

    $150/hour - 3 Cleaners

    $190/hour - 4 Cleaners

    $230/hour - 5 Cleaners

    Depending on the square footage of your home, we will book the appropriate number of cleaners. Clean Dreams has a 6 hour minimum and most jobs will take closer to 8 hours. For any work over 8 hours, we charge a 1.5x overtime rate and always cap our work at 9.5 hours for any single day job. For larger homes, we will split the work over multiple days.

    A non-refundable deposit of $500 (per day) will be collected at the time of your booking. This will cover the first $400 of your cleaning bill (per day) and all of the supplies and equipment required for the job. This also includes a 30-minute Facetime consultation to hash out the details of your home and set some general expectations. Appliance detailing is available for an additional fee. The balance will be due after your job is finished.

    If you decide to cancel your appointment, you will be charged a $250 cancellation fee. This fee can always be applied to a future appointment if you decide to reschedule.

    For appointments outside of Davidson and Williamson County, we charge a distance fee of $25 per cleaner.
