Clean Dreams is a DEEP CLEANING company that services the greater Nashville area. We are a small team that is passionate about offering an intensive cleaning experience. This is NOT a housekeeping business. Clean Dreams tackles one house at a time with a thorough process. For many houses, we take multiple days to finish the job with our full team. Responsibilities:
Deep clean residential properties for clients alongside your fellow team members. Clean one room at a time, with an obsessive level of detail.
Open to learning new methods and working within a specific process model for deep cleaning.
Work full days (6-8hrs) 1-4 days a week. We book jobs every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the occasional Monday/Friday addition.
This work is intense manual labor. You need to be physically fit and able to withstand the demands of scrubbing.
Attend staff meetings, manage a digital calendar, create social media posts and communicate via email.

Qualifications:
Previous work experience in cleaning is not required. But, a personal passion for cleaning and organizing dirty spaces is a must. This can be in your own home, in the homes of family members or at your current job. We only want CLEAN FREAKS to apply.
We are booked months in advance. So, we plan our calendar a month out. Being reliable and showing up on your assigned appointment dates is vital to the success of our business.
You must be proficient in corresponding via email and google calendars. A strong presence on social media and a desire to post about cleaning is a plus.
We are looking for someone that is a great fit for our company culture. Our ideal candidates are clean freaks, professional, reliable and supportive. Friendship and professionalism are key components to this collaborative work environment.
Base pay for the first 60 days is $20/hr. After the 60-day training period, pay goes up to $25/hr. All cleaners are W2 employees and are paid weekly on Fridays.
